Brentt L. McGee

After moving to Kentucky for the last few years of High School, Brentt went on to graduate from Murray State University in 2013, majoring in Organizational Communication. After completing his undergraduate degree, Brentt commissioned in the United States Marine Corps before attending law school at the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law.

Before joining Oldfather Law Firm, Brentt served six years in the United States Marine Corps, where his practice focused on complex criminal litigation, first as a prosecutor and then as a defense attorney. After years of litigating cases to verdicts across the world, Brentt enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to set roots and join Oldfather Law Firm, where he now advocates to uphold the rights of individuals who have been injured.

Brentt is still serving as a Major in the Marine Corps Reserves. In his free time, Brentt can be found out on a run or at the park with his wife, Anna, and two children, Jaxson and Harper.
