Benjamin F. Hachten
Ben Hachten is a Louisville native and is firmly committed to giving a voice to his fellow Kentuckians who have been harmed by others. He is especially passionate about standing up to large corporate interests and holding them accountable for the harm they have caused his clients and their loved ones. He feels immensely privileged to serve his clients in their time of need.

Ben has wanted to represent ordinary people since he worked at a plaintiffs’ firm while still an undergraduate student at the University of Louisville. He went on to attend Ohio State University's Michael E. Moritz's College of Law where he was a member of the school's national trial team for two years, won a scholarship for trial advocacy, and earned the top grade in four classes, including Trial Practice. He also worked part-time for a highly rated plaintiffs' trial firm in Columbus, OH throughout law school and was a student member of the American Association of Justice.
Ben is active in the legal community. He is the co-founder and past President of the Louisville Catholic Bar Association and a member of both the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and children, being mediocre at CrossFit, hiking, reading, and spending as much time as possible outdoors. His family attends St. Martin of Tours, and they are active in several local ministries.
