In 2018, Nicole began her career as a plaintiff’s Lawyer with Oldfather Law Firm. She has assisted in numerous highly litigated cases ranging from medical malpractice to wrongful death actions.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Nicole worked in the mental health field assisting individuals with life management skills. She was on the planning committee for the annual Consumer Recovery Conference helping spread mental health awareness.
In 2006, Nicole moved to Louisville and began working for the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office. She worked closely with County Attorney’s and preparing them for court. It was there that Nicole realized her passion to help others could be utilized in the legal profession. She began attending law school while still working full time for the County Attorney. During this time, Nicole was asked to attend the AJL Environmental Law Conference as the Brandeis School of Law Representative. She also did work for the ACLU.
Nicole graduated magna cum laude and in the top ten of her class from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2017.
Nicole enjoys travelling, hiking, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with her husband, Sean and their cat, Sugar.
